At first, sorry for my very very very bad English…

I recently discovered your website… Wonderful ! ! !
I would like to have some further informations about your terms of use… As I don’t understand very well English, I wouldn’t like to make a mistake… You specify that all the textures on your website are free ? Are they really ? Because sometimes, on some websites, that is written that they are free and after… we learn that all the textures are not really free in fact, etc… If so, what can I do with them ? Do I have the right to download them, to modify them (to change the colour, put a texture on them, etc…) and for example, to upload the result (the final picture) modified on a blog or a website like Ipernity or Flickr, etc… (I suppose you know these famous websites ?). Of course, that would be only for my pleasure (to share with the other members)... I don’t "make money" with them (not commercial if you prefer). I want to be sure that I have the right to do that ? ? ?

And if I use these kind of « textures » (this one : http://www.imageafter.com/image.php?image=b17maartent721.jpg
or this other one : http://www.imageafter.com/image.php?image=b19nature_trees002.jpg… found on your website for example), I would like to know if they are free too ? I ask you it because for me, these are not really « textures » but photos (I don’t know if you understand what I wrote and if i am very clear (lol) ?). In short, i want to be sure that I can download and use them too ? ? ?

And finally, if I use some of your wonderful textures, what name must I write for the credit ? Because I suppose that all the textures don’t belong to the same person ?

Ps : do you envisage a translation of your terms of use in several languages for example ? That would avoid the bad interpretations/translations... and all these questions of persons like me

I can be very short on this one:

Yes our images and textures are truly totally free.
Even if you are going to use them commercially.
You don't even have to credit us, only if you want to.

Just one restriction (but I'm sure this is not for you); don't start an image*after like website with our images in it.

There will be major upgrades to the site at the end of this year/beginning of next year. Terms of use in several languages is certainly a service to consider. Thanx!
